Acting has been Claire’s primary passion since the age of seven. She has had the great fortune to find herself under the guidance of many wonderful teachers and directors, all of whom nurtured her enthusiasm and helped her to hone her craft.

She is best known in Chicago for her portrayal of Anne Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank, directed by Tina Landau, at the Steppenwolf theatre in 2007, for which she received a Jeff Award nomination for Actress in a Principle Role.

A versatile and experienced performer, Claire has appeared in independent short films, industrial commercials, and on stages big and small in a variety of performance styles.
